Process Journey

Step 1: Submission

Submit your idea, photo or reference for a custom oil painting. For best results, provide a clear, high quality image.

Step 2. Discussion

We’ll discuss painting size, style and composition. After the consultation, you’ll receive a personalized timeline and price quote.

Step 3: Sketch Approval

Within one week, you’ll receive a rough sketch. Once approved, the process begins.

Step 4: Painting

Your custom oil painting will take 1-3 weeks, depending on size and complexity. Please note: no changes can be made once painting begins.

Step 5: Final Delivery

Once complete, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to your chosen destination. Shipping fees will be included in the final agreement.

Terms & Conditions

Pricing: 30% of full payment to be made as a deposit before the painting phase.

Cancellations & Revisions: No cancellations or revisions will be allowed after the painting commences.
